Virtual Run

The Udaipur Marathon Virtual Run allows participants to be part of the event from any location. Participants can choose their preferred distance, complete it individually during the official timing window, and submit their activity proof for verification.

Race Timing Window

  • Start: 15 November 2026 at 12:00:01 AM IST
  • End: 15 November 2026 at 11:59:59 PM IST

Participants may complete their selected distance anytime within the above timing window from any location.

Minimum Age Requirement

  • Virtual 3K: 4 years
  • Virtual 5K: 12 years
  • Virtual 10K: 12 years
  • Virtual Half Marathon: 18 years

Registration Timeline

  • Registration Start Date: 15 July 2026 at 07:00 AM IST
  • Registration Last Date: 31 October 2026 at 11:59 PM IST
  • Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participation Process

Participants must complete their selected distance individually from their preferred location.

Before race day, registered participants will receive:

  • Race submission form or link
  • Instructions for submitting activity and timing proof

Participants must submit their race details within the official timing window.

Accepted Proof May Include

  • Running app screenshot
  • Smartwatch activity screenshot
  • Fitness tracker data
  • Other activity proof accepted by the Event Organiser

The submitted proof must clearly display the participant’s name or account identity, distance, date, and completion time.

Participant Benefits

Confirmed participants who successfully complete and submit their selected distance will receive:

  • Digital finisher certificate
  • Finisher medal through courier
  • Event T-shirt through courier

Courier dispatch will be completed within 45 days after successful submission and verification.

Rankings & Recognition

  • There will be no prize money for Virtual Run categories.
  • Top 3 male and Top 3 female participants may be ranked separately in each category based on their submitted timing records.
  • Rankings will be subject to successful verification of submitted activity proof.

Important Rules

  • Participants must complete the selected distance within the official race timing window.
  • Submissions uploaded after the deadline will not be considered.
  • Fake, edited, altered, or incorrect timing submissions may lead to disqualification.
  • Participants must complete the selected distance individually.
  • Participants are responsible for their own safety and medical fitness.
  • RunnerX LLP shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, health issue, or loss during participation.

Restrictions

  • Virtual Run participants are not permitted to participate on the official on-ground race track or venue under their Virtual Run registration.
  • On-ground event facilities, hydration support, medical support, timing support, and route arrangements will not be available for Virtual Run participants.
  • Virtual Run participants will not receive an on-ground race bib.

Branding & Promotion Policy

Participants shall not conduct brand marketing or promotional activities for brands other than the Event’s official sponsors and partners in connection with the Event.

Participants registered through a corporate, group, or NGO entry may:

  • Carry placards
  • Use banners
  • Wear caps
  • Wear T-shirts

displaying their company, brand, or NGO name or message.

Modification Policies

Participants may make the following changes through the My Event section of their user dashboard until 15 October 2026 at 11:59 PM IST:

  • Change their T-shirt size
  • Upgrade to another distance
  • Downgrade to another distance

Changes will be subject to availability and applicable event rules.

  • Upgrading requires payment of the applicable fee difference.
  • Downgrading will not result in a refund of the fee difference.
  • Changes requested after the deadline will not be accepted.

Event Authority

The Event Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, or update the Event details, timing window, submission process, benefits, verification requirements, and participation rules when necessary. Any material updates will be communicated to registered participants through official channels.
